摘　　要：轴承套圈的淬火畸变有尺寸变化和几何形状变化两种类型。对SUJ2钢制6200型轴承套圈进行了试验,分析了轴承套圈的淬火畸变量,如膨胀量、椭圆度和圆柱度与套圈尺寸、淬火油温、残留奥氏体量、淬火冷却均匀性之间的关系,提出了改进措施。Quenching distortion of bearing rings may be classified as two types, i.e., dimention deformation and geometric shape deformation. The 6200 type bearing rings made of SUJ2 steel were investigated. The dependence of quenching distortion amount of the bearing rings, such as expansion amount,ovality and cylindrieality, on the demention of bearing rings, quenching oil temperature, residual austenite content and quenching uniformity was analyzed, and the method to decrease the distortion of bearing rings was put forward.
