摘 要:对用于轧辊的离心铸造高速钢-球墨铸铁双金属复合材料而言,结合层质量是衡量产品综合性能的主要指标之一。对离心铸造高速钢-球墨铸铁双金属结合部位的试样进行热处理,研究了不同温度下结合层的宽度和硬度,结果,随着温度的升高,结合层的宽度通过扩散逐渐增加,而硬度下降。经500℃稳定化处理的结合层,其硬度和结合强度均能满足轧制工艺要求,双金属复合材料的使用性能显著提高。So far as the high speed steel-spheroidal graphite cast iron bimetal composite produced by the centrifugal casting and adopted for rollers is concerned, the quality of bimetal binding zone is a main index to evaluate the overall characteristics of product. The specimens taken from the binding zone of centrifugal-cast HSS-spheroidal graphite cast iron bimetal were heat treated. Both width and hardness of binding zone of HSS-spheroidal graphite cast iron composite were measured under different temperatures. The results show that with the increase in temperature the width of binding zone will increase through diffusion while the hardness will decrease. Both hardness and bond strength of binding zone stabilized at 500 ℃ will meet the requirements of rolling practice and the service performance of HSS-spheroidal graphite cast iron composite will be significantly enhanced.
