摘　　要：经油淬的大、中型合金钢钻具回火后力学性能达不到要求,水淬工件易开裂,水淬油冷又不易控制。通过试验,采用AQ251水溶性淬火剂解决了问题。多年来的使用证明,AQ251淬火剂性能稳定、耐用。With regard to the large or medium-size drilling figs of alloy steels,if they are quenched in oil, their mechanical properties after being tempered will fail to meet the needs; if they are quenched in water,they are easy to crack; in addition ,quenching them first in water and then in oil is difficult to be controlled. Based on trial, the problem has been solved by the utilization of AQ251 aquous soluble quenchant. The utilization of AQ251 quenchant in years shows that it is stable in the performance and durable in the service.
