摘  要:缅甸PSC-2井地层压力当量密度"窗口"很窄,地层对钻井液密度和排量非常敏感,给固井施工带来很大的困难。该井在下完套管后,发生了钻井液漏失,一级固井封隔器失效后油气上窜,使固井工作无法按正常设计程序施工。随后采取了一系列技术措施,如借助地层能量,利用"U"形管原理重新建立循环;控制回压,保持进、出口流量一致,实现"平衡法"固井等,完成了该井的二级固井以及对一级固井的补救施工,初步形成了又涌又漏条件下高压气井的固井施工方案。重点介绍了PSC-2井244.5 mm技术套管在复杂井眼条件下的固井施工情况。The formation pressure window of Well PSC 2 is very narrow, and the formation is sensitive to density and drilling fluid velocity, which brings a challenge to well cementing operation. Drilling fluid leaked to formation after running casing; oil/gas goes up after first cementing packer failure, which prevented irnplementation of the designed operation. A series of measures were used in following operations, including reestablishing drilling cycle with U-tube principle supported by formation energy, implementing "balance method" cementing to maintain inflow and outflow volume by adjusting back pressure. The second-stage cementing was completed and first-stage cementing was remedied with these measures. The preliminary procedure for cementing high pressure gas well with leaking and kicking was developed. This paper introduced the cementing technology of φ244.5 mm intermediate casing in high pressure gas well.
