摘  要:应用多自由度弹性振动的分析方法,建立了ZJ30DB型交流变频调速电驱动钻机起升系统的理论模型并得到了其动力学微分方程组,采用传递函数的方法得到了数值解及仿真结果。结果表明,ZJ30DB型交流变频电驱动钻机起升系统具有较好的起升特性,能满足起升过程的要求,钻机起升加速时间约3 s。理论分析得到的钻机起升系统动载系数为1.98,而现场实测得到的起升动载系数为1.34。二者产生差别的原因在于理论模型的误差、钻机本身具有的软特性和人为操作因素等。理论分析和试验结果对进一步深入研究电驱动钻机及其绞车特性和产品设计都具有一定的参考价值。Based on the analysis of the elastic vibration of the multi-freedom system, a theoretical model of hoisting system in ZJ30DB AC variable frequency electric-drive (VFD)drilling rig was established, and the kinetics differential equation was obtained. The numerical solution and simulation results were obtained using transfer function. The result shows that the hoisting system has good hoisting capacity to meet the requirements of hoisting process and the hoisting acceleration time is about 3 seconds. The dynamic load factor obtained by theoretical analysis and from on-site test is 1.98 and 1.34. The difference mainly comes from the error of theoretical model, the soft characteristics of drilling rig and its dependence on operation, etc. The results are helpful for further research on electric drive drilling rig, its drawworks's characteristics and the improvement of product design.
