扬子PTA装置富氧氧化技术开发及应用

摘　　要：在进行一定的技术准备之后,扬子公司于2000年进行了富氧氧化工业化试验。显示富氧氧化可提高装置产能,降低装置能耗,对产品品质及物料消耗没有不良影响。同时分析了不同纯氧投入量产生的效益。Mter carrying out certain technology preparation, the Yangzi PTA plant oxgen-enriched oxidation industrial test was carried out in 2000. The test results showed that the plant capacity was increased, the energy consumption was reduced. The oxgen-enriched oxidation technology had not bad effect on product quality and material consumption. The benefit generated with different pure oxygen input quantity was analysed at the same time.
