摘　　要：将常规纺丝生产线进行改造成为海岛型纤维生产线。从干燥设备、纺丝箱及组件、卷绕机,联苯加热系统的改造等方面介绍了主要的改造项目及技术特点。调整了产品结构,增强了企业竞争力。Transformation was carried out on the conventional spinning production line to produce sea-island fiber. The main transformation projects and technical characteristics were introduced from drying equipments, spinning manifold and pack, winder and biphenyl heating system. The product was adjustment, the enterprise competitiveness was enhanced.
