中西医结合治疗重症人粒细胞无形体疑似病例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗重症人粒细胞无形体疑似病例的安全性及疗效。方法:将52例病人随机分为2组,治疗组29例,应用中药汤剂口服加西医常规治疗(包括抗生素、保肝药,激素、免疫球蛋白、支持疗法)。对照组24例,应用西医常规治疗。观察2组病人不良反应及临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率91.67%,对照组有效率58.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),未见明显不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗重症人粒细胞无形体疑似病例疗效显著且不良反应小,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the safety and curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in the treatment of Human Granulocytic Anaplasmosis（HGA）.Methods：52 patients with HGA were randomly divided into two groups;treatment group （n=29） was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and standard western medical strategy;control group （n=24） was given only standard western medical stratgey.Results：There were significant and statistical difference in total effective betwwn two groups（P〈0.01）,and no obvious side-effects.Conclusion：Using traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine to treat HGA could have satisfying therapeutic effects with less side-effect,which would be worth spreading and applying.
