川芎嗪和低分子肝素钙治疗慢性肺心病肺动脉高压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过观察比较川芎嗪和低分子肝素钙与普通治疗方法对肺心病肺动脉高压(PAH)的临床疗效,探讨其临床应用价值。方法:将肺心病肺动脉高压患者随机分成两组,对照组按常规治疗方案,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用川芎嗪和低分子肝素钙,通过疗效以及肺动脉压改善程度进行比较。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论:川芎嗪和低分子肝素钙治疗慢性肺心病肺动脉高压疗效确切。Objective：To observe and compare the clinical effect of ligustrazine and low molecular weight heparin calcuim on pulamonary hypertension caused by Chronic cardiopulmonary disease with oridnary treatment.Methods：Dividing PAH patients into two groups randomly,control group patients were treated by routine way ,and we add ligustrazine and low molecular heparin calcium into the theraputic group besides the common treatment.Then we compare the two groups through the curative effect and the improvement of PAH.Results：Theraputic group has better clinical curative effect than control group.Conclusion：ligustrazine and low molecular heparin calcium had definate effects to treat pulmonary hypertension cuased by Chronic cardiopulmonary disease.
