摘　　要：目的:通过对我院337例乙肝表面抗原大蛋白(LHBS)阳性患者与HBV-DNA检测结果的比较,进一步证实LHBS在临床上的应用意义。方法:乙肝表面抗原阳性者385例,两对半中HBeAg阳性和两对半中HBeAb阳性的分别加做LHBS,同时送PCR实验室检测HBV-DNA。结果:①二者没有显著性差异。②HBV-DNA的拷贝数与LHBS的LOD值成正相关。结论:LHBS在基层医院应用与HBV-DNA意义基本相同。Objective：To further confirm the significance of hepatitis B virus surface antigen large protein （LHBS） in clinical application,we detected 337 LHBS-positive patients,and made a comparison with HBV DNA.Methods：385 patients whose HBsAg,HBeAg,HBeAb were analyzed by using ELISA.HBeAg-positive and HBeAb-positive examples were analyzed LHBS and HBV DNA.HBV DNA was quantitatively detected using PCR.Rseults：①No significant difference between the detectable rate of HBV DNA and LHBs was found in HBV patients（P〉0.05）.②Positive correlation between HBV DNA tests and LHBS LOD test.Conclusion：There is no difference between the application of LHBs and the meaning of HBV-DNA in primary hospitals
