43例急性心肌梗死患者的临床观察与整体护理的实施

摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理对心肌梗死患者心脏功能恢复的影响。方法:对43例急性心肌梗死患者在住院期间施行整体护理。包括护理评估、护理诊断、护理措施的实施等。结果:43例心肌梗死患者经过治疗及护理,临床治愈31例,好转10例,未愈3例,疗程最短2天,最长58天。结论:对心肌梗死患者施行整体护理可促进心功能的恢复,减少并发症的发生,有利于患者体力和心理状态的恢复。Objective：Discussion overall nursing the influence which restores to the myocardial Infarction patient heart function. Method：To 43 example acute myocardial Infarction Patient in hospital period execution whole nursing.Including nursing appraisal,nursing diagnosis,nursing measure implementation and so on. Result：43 example myocardial Infarction Patient after the treatment and nursing,clinical cures 31 examples,changes for the better 10 examples, 3 examples,the treatment course has not been shorter for 2 days,longest 58 days.Conclusion：Executes whole nursing to the myocardial Infarction patient to be possible to promote the heart function restoration,reduces the complication the occurrence,is advantageous in the patient physical strength and the psychology restoration.
