肺功能检测观察沙美特罗氟替卡松对儿童哮喘的疗效

摘　　要：目的:应用肺功能检测观察沙美特罗氟替卡松对儿童哮喘的疗效。方法:对365例4～18岁哮喘患者,根据病情分为轻、中、重度,每天分别给予沙美特罗氟替卡松(每吸含50μg沙美特罗+100μg丙酸氟替卡松)1吸、2吸、3吸,在用药前、用药后2月和6月各检测肺功能1次,观察FEV1.0和PEF值变化。结果:两项指标均有明显改善,经统计学处理,FEV1.0的χ2值分别为106.07和140.67;PEF的χ2值分别为92.74和131.15,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙美特罗氟替卡松疗效快速、持久,使用方便,副作用小,病人依从性好,适用于儿童哮喘的长期治疗与预防。Objective： To measure the efficacy of salmeterol/fluticasone in children with asthma with spirometer. Methods：FEV1.0 and PEF were measured in 365 asthmatic patients of 4 ~ 18 years old. According to the status of illness, all patients were divided into mild group, moderate group and severe group. Salmeterol/fluticasone accuhaler （50 μg salmeterol and 100 μg fluticasone propionate） was administrated as I inhalation, 2 inhalation or 3 inhalation per day and lung function was measured two months and six months after the first measurement. Results：There was significant improvement in both two indexes with FEV1.0 （X2 were 106.07 and 140.67, P 〈 0.05） and PEF （X2 were 92.74 and 131. 15, P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences. Conclusions： Salmeterol/fluticasone accuhaler is a long-acting, anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic complex, which has a rapid efficacy and fewer undesirable effects. Patients are easy to accept it and it＇ s suitable for treatment of children asthma.
