敌敌畏经皮肤接触中毒致儿童接触性皮炎4例治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:总结敌敌畏经皮肤接触中毒致接触性皮炎患儿的治疗。方法:回顾性分析2003年6月～2007年11月我科收治的敌敌畏经皮肤接触中毒致接触性皮炎患儿4例的临床资料。结果:4例患儿均无皮肤感染和毒物吸收后严重表现。经治疗2例痊愈出院,2例好转签字出院。结论:对敌敌畏经皮肤吸收中毒病儿进行治疗时,应关注两个环节:一是应用解毒药物治疗时,在用药途径、给药剂量及给药时间方面,要充分考虑其年龄、生理等特点和药物效果,在保障其身体生理安全的同时,应关怀病儿的舒适度。二是重视皮损的局部治疗,是防止皮肤乃至全身感染,保障皮肤修复的关键。Objective： To summarize the treatment for children with contact dermatitis caused by the skin contacting Dichlorvos. Methods： A retrospective analysis of clinical records was performed with four children admitted to our hospital from June 2003 to November 2007 with the contacting dermatitis after the skin contacting Dichlorvos. Results：AU children had no cutaneous infection and serious manifestation after the poison absorption. Two cases fully recovered and other 2 cases improved. Concluslons：When treating the children with contact dermatitis caused by Dichlorvos, two aspects should be pay more attention to. Firstly, age, physiological feature and drug effect should be considered thoroughly when choosing the route of administration, drug dosage and time. Second, thinking highly of local treatment for injury skin is the key point to prevent infection and improve skin recovery.
