摘  要:总结了国内外电气化高速铁路接触网用接触导线的研究和使用现状,讨论了高强高导Cu-Cr-Zr系合金应用于新一代国产化接触线的必要性和可行性。分析了Cu-Cr系合金中所添加的Zr、Mg、Sn、Ti、Si及RE等不同元素对合金性能的影响,概述了当前对于Cu-Cr-Zr系合金导电率、强度、耐磨性和抗软化性等合金性能的研究现状,总结了高强高导Cu-Cr-Zr系合金在制备工艺方面的研究情况,提出几个亟待解决的问题及对进一步的研究做出展望。The domestic and overseas researches and applications of summarized. The necessity and the possibility of applying the new contact wires applied in high-speed electrified railways are high-strength and high-conductivity Cu-Cr-Zr alloy in the domestic contact wires are discussed. The influences of the additive elements, such as Zr、Mg,Sn,Ti、Si and RE, on the Cu-Cr alloys' performances are analyzed. The current research status on the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy' s conductivity, tensile strength, wearresistant and softening-resistant abilities are summarized. The fabrication and processing technologies of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy' s research and development are reviewed. Some difficulties confronted with are discussed, and the prospective research directions are presented.
