摘　　要：体育课程以课程资源为依托,课程资源是课程实施和课程目标达成的保障。体育课程资源开发是高校体育课程改革的一个重要内容。从体育课程资源的定义入手,分析体育课程资源开发的必要性,提出体育课程资源开发应坚持因地制宜、以人为本、"健康第一"、实用性等原则,并指出体育课程资源开发的途径。Physical education curriculum based on the curriculum resources, curriculum resources and curriculum implementation are the protection of a curriculum goal. Physical Education Curriculum Resource Development is an important element of college sports curriculum reform. Based on the definition of sports curriculum resources, analyzed the need of physical education curriculum resources development. Proposed physical education curriculum resource development should adhere to local conditions, people-oriented, ＂Health First＂pfinciple, the principles of practicality. And pointed that means of physical education curriculum resource development.
