摘  要:介绍韶钢750 m3高炉小粒度烧结矿回收利用情况.通过及时清理筛分系统控制了入炉粉末,寻找合理的布料装入方式,调整下部送风制度及调整操作制度等措施,较好地解决了小粒度烧结矿对煤气流分布的影响.从而维持了炉况顺行,提高了入炉小粒烧结矿使用量,缓解了高炉原料供应紧张的矛盾,避免了资源浪费.The utilization of recycled small-sized sinters for the 750 m^3 BF at SISG is detailed in the article. It is indicated that the small-mesh sinters could have only little negative effect on the gas flow through the burdens, if the sieving system is frequently cleaned to scan the size of the sinters, the burdens are properly distributed, the blowing-in procedure is well controlled, and the furnace operations are correctly conducted. By doing so, the fraction of the small-sized sinters was increased, the short supply of raw materials eased, and thus resources waste cut down, while a smooth operation of the furnace could still be ensured.
