摘　　要：为提高冲床液压送料机控制系统的控制精度和可靠性,提出应用西门子S7—300 PLC硬件及其编程软件STEP7的设计方案,并对该控制系统的系统组成、PLC硬件组态、程序设计做详细说明,并且使用STEP7软件的S7-PLCSIM仿真功能对控制系统的程序进行了调试和监控.该控制系统已成功实现并运行.实践证明,该系统可以提高生产效率,节约生产成本.In order to enhance control accuracy and reliability of hydraulic delivery mechanism of punch press, the design plan with hardware of Siemens S7-300 and its programming software STEP7 is put forward. The system configuration,PLC hardware configuration,controlling scheme and software design are respectively discussed in detail, and the programs of the control system are debugged and monitored by using S7-PLCSIM simulation function of STEP7 software. The control system is running succeeded. It is proved that the system can increase productivity and save production costs.
