监狱工作社会化的作用与中国实践

摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国监狱的社会化程度得到了一定提高。监狱工作社会化对于监狱工作和罪犯回归社会均具有十分重要的意义。监狱工作社会化必须处理若干关系。中国监狱工作在教育改造、监狱管理和劳动改造的社会化方面都取得了进步,同时,也要对此进行反思。Since the reform and opening-up, China has deepened the degree of prison socialization, which is very important for the prison work and the criminals to be embraced by the society. Many relationships should be handled in the socialization of the prison work. In the process of the work, China has achieved a lot in remoulding by education, administration and labor but still should reconsider it carefully.
