摘　　要：动态DEA是在传统DEA的决策空间和目标空间基础上,加入了时间空间,是一个三维决策问题。引入适当的动态DEA模型对区域循环经济发展进行综合效率评价,可以对决策单元进行充分评价和排序,并能定量指出区域宏观系统如何不断优化产业结构、提高投入产出效率的发展循环经济途径,以指导决策者进行决策。Dynamic DEA is a three-dimensional decision-making question that joins the time space on the foundation of decision space and goal space of the traditional DEA. The appropriate DEA dynamic model, which is introduced to made dynamic synthesis efficiency evaluation for the region circular economic development, can make full appraisal and ordering of all decision-making units and quantificationally pointed out the region macroscopic system＇ s circulation economic development way. That is continuouly optimizing the industrial structure and improving the efficiency of input and output to guide policy makers in decision-making. So the method has high practicality and maneuverability to be used for dynamic synthesis efficiency evaluation of circular economic development.
