摘　　要：中国马克思主义解释学作为一门在中国科学诠释或解读马克思主义的学问,它将对马克思主义的认识与理解提高到了一个新的水平,它开辟了马克思主义在现代社会发展的新境界,在整个马克思主义解释史上享有崇高的历史地位。The Chinese Marxism＇s Hermeneutics is the theory or knowledge that realizes the scientific annotation on Marxism in China; which has raised the understanding and know edging to Marxism to the new level, opening up the new boundary of Marxism＇s development in modern society, making the whole Marxism theories find the new growing point in the globalization times, glowing the new vitality and the vigor, which has the lofty historical situation on the whole Marxism annotation history.
