盐酸伐昔洛韦联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗带状疱疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸伐昔洛韦联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,对照组给予盐酸伐昔洛韦胶囊、消炎痛、VitB1、VitB12,外用黄连炉甘石洗剂治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用甘露聚糖肽胶囊。观察记录止疱、止痛、结痂时间以及计算10 d后的有效率。结果:治疗组平均止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间均较对照组短,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组总显效率分别为81.67%和51.67%,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:盐酸伐昔洛韦联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗带状疱疹疗效优于单用盐酸伐昔洛韦。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of herpes zoster treated with famciclovir and mannatide capsule. Methods： 120 herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Both the patients in treated group and control group were given famciclovir, vitamin B1, vitamin B12, and indomethacin, and 60 patients in the treatment group were treated with mannatide capsules in addition. The time of ceasing new blister, incrustation and decrustation were recorded and the effective rate was calculated after 10 days. Results： There were significant differences in the average time of ceasing new blister, incrustation and decrustation between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：The curative effect of herpes zoster treated with famciclovir and marmatide capsule is superior to famciclovir only.
