摘　　要：目的:研究甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法:将120例糖尿病神经病变患者随机分为两组,各60例。治疗组予甲钴胺,观察组予维生素B12治疗,观察其疗效。结果:治疗组患者糖尿病周围神经病变主观症状及体征改善较对照组改善明显(P<0.01)。结论:甲钴胺较维生素B12改变糖尿病神经病变的症状体征更有效。Objective： To explore curative effect of methycobal in diabetic peripheral neuropathy. nethods：120 patients of diabetic neuropathy were divided into two groups： treatment group（n = 60） and control group （n = 60）. Treatment with methycobal in treatment group and vitamin B12 in control group. Results ：There was higher curative effect in the treatment group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Mecobalamin could improve the symptoms and signs of diabetic neuropathy. It is better than vitamin B12.
