血清存放条件对血脂检测结果的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察新鲜血清标本在4℃～8℃贮存过程中6项血脂指标的稳定性。方法:按中生公司试剂盒说明,测定6项血脂指标在不同时间的稳定性。结果:血清甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)在28 d内的测定值无明显改变,但血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)与载脂蛋白B(APOB)测定值随存放时间的延长呈增高趋势,与室温3 h内结果比较,具显著性差异,至28 d具高度显著性差异。结论:测定TG和TC可适当延长存放时间,而HDL-C和APOA1、APOB在当日测定结果才稳定可靠。Objective ：To oberve the stability of lipid, when the fresh serum specimens were storaged on 4 ℃ - 8 ℃. Methods：According to the exponent of BIOSINO BIO- TECHNOLOGY SCIENCE INC, measure 6 targets of the stability of lipid in the different time. Results： The serum - triglyceride （TG） and total cholesterol （TC） had no significant change in 28 d storage period, but serum high - density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C） , apolipoprotein A1 （ APOA1 ） and B（APOB） were increased, and compared with in 3 h at room temperature, the differences were significant, compared with 28 d, the differences were very obrious. Conclusion： HDL- C and APOA1, APOB should be measured as far as possible, and TG and TC may be appropriate to extend the storage time.
