摘　　要：目的:总结小儿气管异物取出术的手术护理配合,指导临床工作,提高小儿异物取出术的成功率。方法:术前准备好急诊用物,术中配合术者调整好体位并顺利完成手术操作,同时协助麻醉医师完成麻醉及术中抢救。结果:气管异物均顺利取出,手术时间短,成功率高。结论:采用此配合方法,利于手术医生顺利取出异物。Objective：To explore the experience of nursing in the bronchoscopy of children. Methods： To prepare the utensil for emergency treatment, to put the patient in a appropriate body position which could suitable for complete the operation successfully; to assist the anesthetist to complete the anaesthetic and rescure work. Results： All 58 cases with foreign bodies in airpassage were endured the bronchoscopy without any complications. Conclusion： Precision preoperative preparation and introperative nursing are important to complete bronchoscopy in children.
