摘　　要：在145例鼻内窥镜手术中行中鼻甲重建术45例，术后随访5个月～3年，40例临床效果优良，重建后的中鼻甲恢复至正常形态。将手术方式分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两型，介绍了手术方法，并对中鼻甲的生理学意义和手术适应证进行了讨论。The surgical management of middle concha on 45 patients with chronic maxillary sinusitis under nasal endoscopy was performed between 1992 and 1995. All patients were followed-up for 5 months to 3 years. The results showed that the effect was good in 40cases (40/45, 88. 9 % )' Their clinical symptoms disappeared and middle concha returned to normal. The surgical technique, indieations and physiological function of middle concha were discussed.
