中药配合内美通治疗子宫内膜异位症65例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药配合内美通治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法将65例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组采用中药配合口服内美通，对照组单纯口服内美通治疗。均治疗3个月，并建立随访，观察两组患者的临床疗效及药物不良反应。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；药物不良反应明显低于对照组。结论中药配合口服内美通治疗子宫内膜异位症有效。Objective To observe clinical effect of treating endometriosis with traditional Chinese medicine plus Gestrinone. Methods 65 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus Gestrinone , and the control group was treated with Gestrinone . A three months＇ follow-up was performed after the treatment to observe clinical effect and adverse reaction. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, with P〈0.05. Adverse reaction of the treatment group was less than that of the control group. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has better effect in treating endometriosis than exclusive western medical therapy.
