金水六君煎对小白鼠负重游泳时间、常压耐缺氧及抗寒能力的影响

摘　　要：以煎水六君煎制成口服液，进行小白鼠负重游泳、常压耐缺氧及抗寒试验，实验结果表明：金水六君煎能延长小白鼠负重游泳时间，提高小白鼠常压耐缺氧能力及增强抗寒能力。本实验为临床应用金水六君煎及对其作用机理的探讨提供了客观依据。JSL is a prescription in troditioal Chinese medicine. forcough, asthma and phlegm syndromes accompanied by deficiencies of spleen,lung and kidney. Inorder to elucidate its mechanisms of action, the effect of JSL on strengthening of the body resitance was observed. The result showed that JSL not only increased the time of weight carrying swimming, but also increased the tolerance of oxygen deficit and cold ,while compared with the normal saline con-trol group(P<0.01)。
