摘　　要：通过分析比较美国及我国研究生奖助学金资助现状,结合当前十七所高校试点研究生培养机制改革的情况,初步探讨我国研究生培养机制改革、特别是奖助机制改革的基本规律和特点,借鉴美国的成功经验对我国研究生奖助机制的改革提出相应的建议。Though analyzing and comparing the current American graduate fellowship and assistantship financial supporting systems in both America and Chinese and investigating the current pilot reforms of the graduate training mechanism undertaking in 17 universities throughout China, the paper discusses the basic rules and characteristics of the reform of the graduate training mechanism, particularly the reform of the fellowship and assistantship mechanism in China. Based on the successful experiences of American graduate education system, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the reform of Chinese graduate fellowship and assistantship mechanism.
