摘　　要："三农"问题的核心是农业的发展问题。邓小平在长期领导中国社会主义改革和建设的过程中,始终高度重视中国农业发展的滞后问题,他对农业发展的动力、方法、方向等作了很多探索,形成一个比较系统的实现农业现代化的思想。当前中国农业发展面临的环境和条件发生了很大变化,谋划农业发展,必须掌握和运用农业发展规律,根据新情况新问题,探索新思路新办法。在这种情况下,重温邓小平关于农业现代化发展的思想对解决新时期的"三农"问题无疑具有重要的现实指导意义。The core problem of ＂the peasants, countryside and agriculture＂ problems is the development of agriculture. During the long years of his leading China＇s reform and construction, Deng Xiaoping attached much importance to the stagnation of the development of agriculture , therefore he treated the impetus, methods and direction of agricultural development, and formed a comparatively systematic view for the realization of agricultural modernization. Currently the agricultural development of our country is confronted with new conditions and problems. To plan the agricultural development, we must master and utilize the laws for agricultural development, and find new ways according to the new conditions and problems. Undoubtedly, reviewing Deng Xiaoping＇s view for the realization of agricultural modernization will give us some enlightenment to solve the peasant, countryside and agriculture problems.
