摘　　要：实施可持续经济发展战略,是陕北神木县夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利的必然要求。在这一过程中,既要努力营造良好的可持续经济发展环境,积极探索招商引资新途径,提高引入项目的质量;又要实施优秀人才引进战略,建立健全各种保障机制,科学规划建设工业园区,采取有效方式管理工业园区;同时还要优化煤炭工业结构,强化资源可持续发展,拓展经济新思路,全面优化、提升第三产业。The author has analyzed the necessity and significance of the implementation of the strategy of sustainable economic development in Shen Mu county of Shaanxi Province, which is on the basis of surveying sufficiently to fundamental condition of Shen Mu County. And it has proposed the effective approach for Shen Mu County putting sustainable economic development strategy into practice. That is, to make great efforts to build fine sustainable economic growth environment; to explore the new ways of investment; to improve the quality of introduced projects; to implement excellent talented person introducing strategy ; to establish and improve various kinds of support mechanisms; and scientific planning and constructing industrial zone, to adopt effective way managing the modern zones; to optimize the coal industry structure , to strengthen resources sustainable development; to develop the new ways of economy; and to make it full optimization, upgrade the tertiary industry.
