摘　　要：文章认为立足地方经济建设,依托地方行业发展,培养应用型专门人才,汇聚传统优势学科,推动行业科技发展是地方特色型高校在办学定位、办学优势等方面所具有的基本特点;针对地方特色型高校在建设与发展中存在的突出问题和矛盾,提出苦练内功、错位发展、强化实践的办学思路。It is recognized that there are some basic characteristics with cultivating the students capacity of technology application, assembling traditional advantage subjects and promoting industry development of science and technology for local feature universities and collegs, which based on the regional economic＇ construction and the development of regional industry. It is also required for running universities localization and teaching advantages. It is present that there are university-running thoughts with hard in basic skills, malposed development and strengthening practice against contradiction and problems within the construction and development of local universities.
