摘　　要：对地市级通信专业管理的模式、通信电源、变电站监控和变电站通信机房的设置、管理中存在的问题进行了深入剖析,并提出了有效的解决办法,为切实提高通信网安全运行管理水平提供了值得借鉴的新思路、新观念、新做法。This paper discusses some management-related aspects about regional power communication network： the management mode of communication services, the arrangement of communication power supply and substation monitoring system, the configuration of communication equipment rooms as well as the management ideas. Some solutions and suggestions are also provided in the paper.
