摘　　要：目的:介绍了医院感染监控系统的开发与应用情况。方法:利用计算机终端、局域网和数据库技术,开发一套功能强大的基于"军卫一号"工程的医院感染监控系统。结果:基本上实现了全院范围内的抗菌药物合理应用、医院感染病例网络报告和实时监控。提高了医院感染病例上报、统计及反馈的及时性和准确性,减轻了临床医生的工作负担,提高了医院感染管理专职人员的工作效率和工作质量。结论:系统具备一定的推广应用价值。Objective To introduce the design and application of hospital infection monitoring system. Methods A set of multifunctional hospital infection information monitoring system based on No.1 Military Medical Project was established by using computer, local area network and database techniques. Results With the system, the hospital can basically realize the reasonable appliance of the antibacterial; the hospital infection data can be collected in good season and supervised in real time; the report, collection and feedback of infection data are more exact; the burden of doctors can be lessened; the efficiency and quality of health care personnel can be improved.
