摘　　要：目的建立测定硫酸链霉素效价的方法。方法采用比浊法,并与管碟法比较。结果比浊法线性范围为0.5-8.0U.ml-1,线性方程：A=0.3908-0.3970 logC（r=0.998 9）,平均回收率为97.11%（n=4）;RSD=1.43%（n=15）。结论比浊法与管碟法的测定结果无显著性差异,可以作为硫酸链霉素效价测定方法之一,且更快捷、方便。Aim To develop a turbidimetric method to determine streptomycin sulfate. Methods Turbidimetric method was used to determine streptomycin sulfate,compared with diffusion method. Results Some experimental factors influencing the result of turbidimetric method were also studied. The ealibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0. 5 - 8.0 U · ml ^-1, r = 0. 998 9 and the average recovery was 97. 11%（n =5） ,RSD = 1.43%. Conclusion Turbidimetrie method can be used for determining the content of streptomycin sulfate.
