普鲁卡因静脉滴注联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察普鲁卡因静脉滴注联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的效果。方法带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者60例随机分为2组,对照组单纯采用神经阻滞,观察组在神经阻滞的基础上联合静脉滴注普鲁卡因,比较二者疼痛改善情况和止痛时间。结果观察组止痛时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛改善程度(VAS评分)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普鲁卡因静脉滴注联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,可明显缩短止痛时间,改善疼痛程度。Objective To observe the effect of procaine intravenous drip combined with nerve block for postherpetie neuralgia（ PHN ）. Methods Sixty patients with PHN were divided into two groups randomly. Nerve block therapy were carried out only in control group, based on this,procaine intravenous drip treatment were carried out in observation group. The degree of pain relief and the time of alleviate pain were compared between two groups. Results The time of alleviate pain was shorter obviously in observation group than this in control group（ P 〈0.05 ） ,and the degree of pain relief（ VAS scores） was better obviously in observation group than this in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of procaine intravenous drip combined with nerve block for PHN can shorten the time of alleviate pain obviously,and improve the degree of pain relief.
