复方银杏叶滴丸的成型工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:确立复方银杏叶滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,从基质、冷却剂的种类,提取物与基质的用量配比等方面进行试验。结果:根据实验确定的工艺制备出3批产品,符合《中国药典》(2005年)的规定。结论:证明该工艺可行。Objective：To establish the optimized preparation procedure for Yindan Dropping Pills. Meth- ods： The preparation conditions, such as the different kinds of primary substance, cooling agent, the pro-portion between the extracts and primary substance, etc. ,were studied with L9 （34）orthogonal design. Results： Three batchs of the products prepared with the procedure on the experimental result were conformed to the standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion：It has been proved that the procedure is available.
