对河北省竞技体育后备人才培养现状的调查

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、文献资料等方法,对河北省竞技体育后备人才培养现状进行了调查。结果表明:除少数项目外,一线运动员队伍数量与质量存在明显不足且项目分布不均衡,一、二线运动员队伍建制不完善,三线运动员相对较少,四线队员相对较多,整体梯队不合理;一、二线与三线竞技体育项目项群结构不合理,人数分布不均,三线与四线矛盾突出;教练员队伍也存在学历和职称偏低、不够年轻化的问题。The cultivation actuality of Hebei competitive sports reserve talents was investigated by questionnaire, literature reviews. The results showed that the obvious insufficiency existed in the quantity and quality of the first grade athletes＇ teams and uneven distribution was also found in their sports events. The organization system of the first and second grade athletes teams is not perfect. The number of the third grade athletes is relative less, while the fourth grade athletes is relative larger. The whole echelon and the events group structure of the first, second and third grade competitive sports are unreasonable. The number of those athletes is distributed unevenly. There is a serious contradiction between the third and fourth grade athletes. The coach teams＇ degrees and titles are low, their ages are little old.
