摘　　要：文章在整理国内外学者对于资源型城市产业结构调整相关问题研究成果的基础上,通过分析我国资源型城市的现状,对我国的资源型城市进行了综合分类,并提出应根据不同城市的类型选择合适的产业调整策略:产业链延伸策略、产业转型策略和"边延边转"策略。The paper reviews international and domestic theories of industrial structure adjustment in resource cities, analyzes the present situation of resource cities in China, classifys them and puts forward three strategies of industrial structure adjustment for resource cities: extend industry link, change the direction of industry link and at same time carry out both the first and the second strategy.
