摘  要:为了分析D35钳夹车转向架动力学性能,利用模板建模技术建立刚柔耦合整车模型.在3轴H形构架式转向架模型中,从轴箱悬挂和承载鞍摩擦作用角度,对多年来货车转向架的设计经验加以总结与验证,如1、3轴的直顶斜楔在垂向和横向上起到摩擦减振作用,而2轴承载鞍与轴箱之间金属-金属接触,在曲线通过时发生横向摩擦滑动以降低轮轨横向力和轴向力;在直线通过时接触摩擦产生迟滞阻尼作用以增强轮对纵横向定位刚度.D35空车回放仿真分析表明:"摆尾"现象是由辊子旁承摩擦激扰"打破"了末位转向架轮对临界阻尼状态所导致.In order to analyze the dynamical performance of a D35 schnabel wagon bogie, the rigid-flexible-coupling full-vehicle model was established with template-based modeling mothdology. In the modeling process of H-frame bogie, the experience of freight bogie design accumulated in many years is summaried and validated in the aspect of the frictions of axlebox suspension and adaptor. For example, the wedge frictions of the 1 st and 3rd axles take the damping role in vertical and lateral directions. Meanwhile, the metal-to-metal contacts between adaptors and axle boxes of the 2nd axle take place, and the lateral slip decreases the lateral forces of wheel/rail interactions in curve negotiation. When running on straight lines, their contact fricion hystereses strenghthen the locating stiffness of wheelsets. The simulation analysis of the D35 tare return shows that the swing-tail phemonenon is caused by the frietion-excitated viibration of rigid roller side bearing, which spoils the critical damping status of last bogie wheelsets.
