摘  要:采用离子束溅射法在LaAlO3(110)衬底上制备La0.5Sr0.5CoO3和Pr0.5Sr0.5CoO3钙钛矿薄膜,研究了载流子浓度、迁移率与温度的关系.结果表明:在375~667 K温度范围内,La0.5Sr0.5CoO3和Pr0.5Sr0.5CoO3薄膜的载流子浓度、迁移率随温度升高而增大,La0.5Sr0.5CoO3和Pr0.5Sr0.5CoO3薄膜导电机制符合小极化子模型.La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 and Pr0. 5Sr0. 5CoO3 perovskite thin films are obtained on LaAlO3 by ion beam sputtering method. The relation between carrier concentration and temperature, mobility and temperature are studied. Experiments show that carrier concentration and mobility of La0. 5Sr0.5CoO3 and Pr0. 5Sr0. 5CoO3 thin film increase with the increasing of temperature in the range of 375-667 K. The electric mechanism is agreed with the model of small polarons.
