摘　　要：文章介绍了焦化装置典型设备的腐蚀情况,分析了焦炭塔油气线的腐蚀原因是酸性气腐蚀、冲刷腐蚀和电偶腐蚀;软化水线的腐蚀泄漏多为砂眼、焊缝缺陷和溶解氧腐蚀造成的。文章还分析了辐射线、加热炉、冷换设备及阀门等的腐蚀原因,并针对腐蚀的原因采取了材质升级、更换管线、补焊、渗铝、Ni-P 镀等措施。This article presents the typical equip- ment corrosion in coking unit,analyzes that the oil—gas line of coke drum must be eroded by sour gas corrosion,erosion corrosion and galvan- ic corrosion,welding joint defection and dis- solved oxygen corrosion.Mostly blowhole is ero- ded to leak on the demineralized—water line. This article also analyzes the corrosion cause of radiation line,furnace,cold exchanging equip- ment and valve in the coke drum and the meas- ures should be taken with material upgrading, pipeline replacement,repair welding,alumini- zing,Ni P plating.
