摘 要:为了提高微生物絮凝剂的产量,增强其絮凝效果和稳定性,降低培养成本,以糖蜜废水替代葡萄糖作为培养基的碳源和能源,对荧光假单胞菌C-2进行发酵培养来制取微生物絮凝剂,并用其处理造纸中段废水,考察了最佳培养条件。结果表明,荧光假单胞菌C-2产生微生物絮凝剂的最佳培养条件为:糖蜜废水的COD为10000mg/L,培养基的初始pH值为8.0,接种量为2.5mL/50mL,培养温度为30℃,摇床转速为160r/min。在最佳培养条件下对废水中COD和浊度的去除率分别可达87.27和94.95,说明利用糖蜜废水取代葡萄糖作为培养基的碳源和能源来制备微生物絮凝剂是完全可行的。In order to increase the output of bioflocculants, improve the flocculation efficiency and stability and reduce the culture cost, the pseudomonas fluorescens C-2 was cultured in molasses wastewater replacing glucose as the carbon source and energy source in culture medium to produce bioflocculants. The bioflocculants were applied to treat middle-stage wastewater from paper-making mills. The optimal culture conditions were investigated. The results show that the optimal culture conditions of the strain C- 2 are as follows : COD of 10 000 mg/L in the wastewater, initial pH of 8.0, inoculum amount of 2.5 mL/50 mL, culture temperature of 30 ℃ and shaking speed of 160 r/min. Under these conditions, the removal rates of COD and turbidity are 87.27% and 94.95% respectively. It is concluded that the method of producing bioflocculants by molasses wastewater is feasible.
