摘 要:为了提高活性炭的催化活性,采用碳酸钠溶液对其进行改性,考察了在微波照射下改性炭对结晶紫的降解效果。结果表明,经0.5mol/L的Na2CO3浸泡12h所形成的改性活性炭,在微波照射下能快速降解溶液中的结晶紫;当改性活性炭投量为1.6g/L、微波照射3.0min时,对结晶紫的降解率可达93.28;适当提高改性活性炭的投量(2.4g/L)和延长微波照射时间(5.0min),对结晶紫的降解率可分别达到97.80和99.70。试验结果还表明,经碳酸钠改性的活性炭作为微波降解结晶紫的催化剂具有降解率高、速度快、成本低、没有中间产物生成和无二次污染等优点,应用前景广阔。In order to improve the catalytic activity of activated carbon, it was modified with sodium carbonate solution. The degradation efficiency of crystal violet by the modified activated carbon was investigated under microwave irradiation. The results show that the modified activated carbon lormed under the conditions of sodium carbonate solution of 0.5 mol/L and soaking time of 12 h can rapidly degrade crystal violet in aqueous solution. The degradation rate reaches 93.28 % when the dosage of modifled activated carbon is 1.6 g/L under 3.0 min microwave irradiation. The degradation rates of 97.80 % and 99.70 % can be attained by reasonably increasing the dosage of modified activated carbon (2.4g/L) and prolonging the irradiation time (5.0 min) respectively. The sodium carbonate modified activated carbon, as a catalyst for degradation of crystal violet, has advantages of high degradation rate, rapid speed, low cost, no intermediate products and no secondary pollution and so on. So it is beneficial for treating the different kinds of dyeing wastewaters.
