妇月康胶囊在药物流产后的临床作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妇月康胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道出血的临床疗效。方法390例患者随机分治疗组、对照组、观察组,每组各130例。3组患者均口服米非司酮与米索前列醇流产,孕囊排出第2天,观察组不用药,常规处理;对照组采用缩宫素肌肉注射治疗;治疗组采取口服妇月康胶囊治疗。结果治疗组出血量和出血时间少于对照组,但两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组与对照组分别与观察组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论妇月康胶囊和缩宫素用于药物流产后,均能减少出血时间和出血量,但妇月康胶囊应用更简便、更易接受,值得推广。Objective To probe into the clinical efficacy of Fuyuekang capsule on post-medical abortion. Methods 390 cases of medical abortion were randomized into treatment group,control group and observation group, 130 cases in each one. Mifepristone and misoprostal were administered orally in three groups for abortion. On the 2nd clay when fertilized egg excreted, Fuyuekang capsule was administered orally in treatment group,muscular injection of oxytoein was administered in control group and routine management without medication in observation group. Vaginal bleeding volume and time were observed in three groups. Results Bleeding volume and time were less in treatment group than those in control group, but no significant difference was presented （P〉0.05）,and significant differences were indicated in the comparisons of treatment group and control group with observation group respectively（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Both Fuyuekang capsule and oxytocin reduce bleeding volume and time after medical abortion,but Fuyuekang capsule is superior in its simpler application,less pain and easier adoption,thus this medication is worth to be promoted.
