中西医结合治疗原发性痛经60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将120例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组60例。对照组采用布洛芬片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上配合耳穴、针灸治疗。观察两组治疗后临床疗效。结果对照组治疗后总有效率为83.33%,治疗组为91.67%,两组患者总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,方法简便,痛苦小,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the integrative Chinese and western medicine on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 120 cases of primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each one. In control group,brufen tablets were administered,and in treatment group, auricular points and acupuncture were supplemented on the basis of the therapy as control group. It was to observe the clinical therapeutic effects after treatment in two groups. Results After the treatment,the total effect rate was 83.33% in control group and was 91.67% in treatment group,indicating significant difference in comparison （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine presents significant efficacy on primary dysmenorrhea, thus, this therapy is worth to be promoted in clinic.
