中国企业对外直接投资动因研究——基于省际面板数据的分析

摘　　要：利用我国企业对外直接投资的省际面板数据实证得出,垄断优势论、邓宁的经济发展与对外直接投资关系说、规避贸易摩擦的动机理论能够解释中国企业的对外直接投资行为,而威尔斯的小规模技术优势理论和拉奥的技术地方化优势理论并不能够解释中国对外直接投资行为。同时,由于假外资的存在,策略型的对外直接投资动机在我国并不存在。This paper uses the panel data model to study on motivation of China＇ s OFDI. The theory of monopoly advantage, the theory of economy development and FDI and evading trade friction can explain the action of China＇ s OFDI. Mini technologic superiority and technoIogic location superiority don＇ t explain the motivation of China＇ s OFDI. Strategic OFDI motivation don＇ t exist.
