摘　　要：由于肾移植术后免疫抑制剂的大量使用，肺部感染的发病率明显增加，这引起广泛关注。肾移植术后肺部感染常见病原菌以巨细胞病毒、肺孢子菌、真菌、细菌为主。本文就以上4种病原菌的流行病学特点、临床表现、诊断和治疗等方面作一论述。With use of immunosuppressive drugs transplant recipients has obviously increased. This issue has , incident rate of pulmonary infection in renal caused wide public concern. There are four main pathogens which include cytomegalovirus, Pneumocystis carinii, fungus and bacteria. This review will describe epidemiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment about these patients.
