局部碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑及那特真治疗真菌性角膜溃疡临床护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨局部烧灼联合氟康唑及那特真治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效及护理方法。方法：将107例（109眼）真菌性角膜溃疡患者分为治疗组58例（60眼）与对照组49例（49眼）。治疗组应用氟康唑及那特真治疗，对照组单纯应用氟康唑治疗，并给予精心护理。比较两组治愈率。结果：治疗组治愈率为86．67％，治愈时间为6．0～43．0d，平均16．1d；对照组治愈率为71．43％，治愈时间为17．0～69．0d，平均28．9d。两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：采用局部碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑及那特真治疗真菌性角膜溃疡，同时施以系统护理，可取得满意效果。Objective： To discuss the curative effect and nursing methods in the treatment of fungi corneal ulcer with iodine cautery combined with Fluconazole and Natacyn. Methods： One hundred and seven patients （ 109 eyes） with fungi corneal ulcer were divided into treatment group （n =58 cases, 60 eyes）and control group （ n =49 cases, 49 eyes）. The patients in treatment group were treated with Fluconazole and Nataeyn, and the patients in control group were only given Flu- conazole for treatment. The rates of cure were compared between the two groups. Results： The rate of cure was 86.67% in treatment group and 71.4% in control group; the time of cure was 6.0～43.0 days and average 16. 1 days in treatment group; 17.0～69.0 days and average 28.9 days in control group. The significant differences were found in the comparison between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The satisfactory curative effect can be obtained when iodine cautery combined with Fluconazole and Natacyn was applied to the patients with fungi corneal ulcer, and the careful nursing care was provided at the same time.
