摘  要:生物倍增工艺将快澄区和曝气区通过气提的原理有机结合为一体,节省占地面积,降低土建造价,快澄区以其独特的设计理念,完成了两相分离,无异常情况无需反洗。采用生物倍增工艺处理丙烯腈废水,工程实践表明,可控制DO<0.3mg/L,节省能耗,CODCr平均去除率达88.76%,氨氮去除率高达89%,当进水CN-约为5mg/L时,出水CN-<0.01mg/L。The Bio-Doubling process (BDP) combines rapid clarifer and aeration tank together with its unique gas lift theory, so its occupied area is smaller. In the clarifier setion,the sludge and clear water can be drastically seperated with its unique designing theory and also no flushwashing needed without abnormal phenomenon. The results of practical project of BDP for the treatment of Acrylonitrile wastewater showed that the DO can be controled to less than 0. 3 mg/L to save energy, the removal rates of CRDDcr and NH3-N are 88. 76% and 89%, and the concentration of CN in effluent will be below 0. 01 mg/L if the CN concentration in influent is about 5 mg/L.
