自制香柏波外用治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察香柏波治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效,开拓中药外用治疗的新思路。方法选取符合诊断标准及纳入标准的头皮脂溢性皮炎患者75例,随机分为治疗组(30例)、对照组(30例)、安慰剂组(15例)3组,治疗组使用自制香柏波,对照组使用2%酮康唑洗剂(采乐,西安杨森公司生产),安慰剂组使用洗发基质(苏州日用化妆品公司生产),治疗观察4周,总结比较疗效。结果治疗组在红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒症状以及油腻程度改善方面的疗效基本上与对照组相仿,与安慰剂组相比较疗效显著;在临床总疗效方面,治疗组与对照组无明显差异,治疗组显著高于安慰剂组。结论香柏波为外用治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的有效制剂。Objective To observe the curative effect of Xiangbai Shampoo on seborrheic dermatitis of scalp （SDS）, and to open a new thinking train in the treatment of skin diseases externally with Chinese herbal medicines. Method The patients with SDS （n=75） were chosen in accord with diagnostic and inclusion criteria, and then divided randomly into the treatment group （n=30）, control group （n=30） and placebo group （n=15）. The treatment group was treated with Xiangbai Shampoo, control group with 2 % of ketoconazole lotion （Triatop Lotion produced by Xi＇an Janssen Pharmaceutica Ltd.） and placebo group with shampoo matrix （produced by Suzhou Company of Cosmetics）. The treatment and observation were carried out for 4 weeks and the curative effect was compared and summed up. Result In the treatment group the curative effects on erythema, dandruff, itch and seborrhea of hair were almost similar to those in the control group, and much better than those in the placebo group. The treatment group and control group had no significant difference in the total curative effect, but the treatment group had much better curative effect than the placebo group. Conclusion Xiangbai Shampoo is an effectual preparation for treating seborrheic dermatitis of scalp.
